3. Contractor Compliance
To ensure that the contractor complies with the agreed rules and requirements, monitoring or checking is required so that the contractor does not neglect all the requirements set to be implemented.
Method ; Annual reviews and updated contractor files, regular field audits, project reports and field performance data, and monthly statistics provided by the contractor will be used for the verification process. Simple audits may include direct checking of training / orientation or certificates by supervisors.
4. Contractor Rating System
The contractor will be assessed based on the effectiveness of their HSE program and document their HSE well as Level 1, Level 2, Level 3.
