7. Contractor Personnel
The contractor is responsible for providing an understanding of the rules and conditions that have been agreed to the personnel involved. The direction of employees of contractors should cover the following:
- The Contractor must understand the HSE Policy requirements and the applicable HSE standards when conducting the work location.
- Every employee of the contractor must agree that they have been informed and understood all matters relating to the HSE before working in the location.
- Evacuation information to respond to emergency situations.
- Information on first aid in accidents and reporting of accidents and occupational diseases.
- Supervision and related arrangements on duties and responsibilities.
- All company and regulatory requirements
8. Training
- Employees in the workplace should receive regular training on contractor activities
- The Client is obliged to provide HSE-related training or refreshing courses to contractor employees
- Contractor is obliged to provide HSE training to its employees either internally or externally
